Relationship/Couples Therapy
Relationship therapy, couples therapy or marriage counselling, aims to help individuals in a relationship improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their connection. We specialize in working with couples and seek to create a space where couples can explore their relationship challenges and work towards a healthier and happier partnership.
Blending various evidence-based approaches, such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Behavioral Therapy, among others, allows us to focus on identifying negative communication patterns, improving emotional intimacy, and developing problem-solving skills. We can help you work through a range of issues, including communication difficulties, infidelity, parenting conflicts, sexual difficulties, and more. Teen Counselling
Our therapists create an open-minded and empathetic environment where teens can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours freely and without judgement, as well as develop coping skills and strategies to manage the stresses of teenage life.
Our approaches focus on helping teens develop the skills they need to manage stress, regulate emotions, improve communication, and develop healthy relationships. Teen therapy services are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual client. We work with teens dealing with a range of issues, including anxiety, social situations, ADHD, eating disorders, depression, social media, mood disorders, behavioural issues, family issues, trauma, and more. Our therapists also work with parents and caregivers to help support their teen's mental health and well-being.
